Classical Education K-8

Holy Family Catholic School is fully accredited through the Texas Catholic Conference of Bishops Education Department, as recognized by Texas Education Agency. Under the guidance of the Diocese of Fort Worth, we are implementing a classical approach to education for our students. Classical education dates back to the time of Plato and Aristotle and focuses on developing the whole mind of a person at each developmental stage. Rather than teaching students to regurgitate facts, the classical education model teaches students how to think and reason so that they have the tools to handle any problem they face. As Catholics we are called to seek out Truth, Goodness, and Beauty to recognize who God is. Through classical education students are encouraged and equipped to seek these transcendentals every day.
